The sheets on the left side on the bed were dirty. The shuttle driver had an attitude. He even told me that was not his responsibility to help me carry my luggage to put it inside the bus.

This was the perfect hotel for the night before our flight out of Barcelona. The staff was great. The airport shuttle was so convenient, and timely. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and enjoyed walking around the area nearby.

Terrible service and attitude by shuttle driver

The hotel premises were decent and the room was clean and spacious. No complaints about the room itself other than the bed being a little uncomfortable. However, I had an extremely negative interaction with the airport shuttle driver. I had specifically booked this hotel due to the convenience of being able to take a shuttle to catch an early morning flight. My flight was at terminal T2 of the Barcelona airport however when we stopped at terminal T1, I was yelled at to get out with the rest of the passengers. The driver of the shuttle attempted to force me out and became combative when I told him my flight was at terminal T2. He made some disparaging remarks about me needing to take a Vueling (discount carrier) flight and told me to take a cab instead as he was returning to the hotel. I asked him to call hotel management and he lied saying he didn’t know how to reach them. Eventually after a few minutes of arguing he agreed to take me to my terminal while driving in a very unsafe manner (running over speed bumps and taking sharp turns at full speed) while cursing in Spanish.
