The hotel was far from the main attractions. Limited taxis and Ubers rarely will pick you up from the location. Morning staff was very nice but the evening staff at checkout (Dena— Manager), extremely rude not the best experience. There was nothing sense of urgency so there was long wait times (causing my family to miss the scheduled shuttle to airport) and multiple errors at checkout, I was double charged for a one night stay. The lady who drove the airport shuttle was extremely upset that she had to come back to pick us up. Overall not a good experience !

Great staff. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the Bar for drinks prior to calling it a night. The staff were friendly and always very professional. The hotel can coordinate taxi to town or cruise terminal.

The room was very comfortable and had enough storage for our things. The staff was very nice and greeted us with a small bottle of wine when we arrived. The bedding was very comfortable which helped prepare us for our long flight home.

Bathroom is a safety hazard for guests stepping in the bathtub, no handles supported. I guess many guests hold the glass panel as handle, so glass panel was cracked, it is very dangerous. I stayed in other Barcelona hotels during my trip, the other six hotels bathrooms are the same condition but they are all have mounted handle bars to let guests step in the bathtub safely.

Nice hotel near airport. In an industrial area that is not appealing, but otherwise a good place to stay near the airport.
