Did not know I needed to wait a few hours for the free shuttle from airport. They don’t service you when you’re arriving. I had to get a taxi. They also do not have free shuttle to the cruise terminal as I thought. You have to pay. And lastly, they did not advise how to operate the shower as it took 10 minutes to figure it out. They gave various water saving measures in place so their nozzles have to be in a certain way to work. And I also had to talk to front desk as my room had no electricity. They advised I have to insert my room card in the side wall to operate the electrical power in room. They do not waste any water or power for anything. My peeve, was that no one told me this upon check in. The room was small and basic. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this property.

The staff was wonderful. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am and room would be available at 3pm. We were able to conveniently store our luggage for the time being and headed back into Barcelona for most of the day. Got a great night's sleep and headed to the airport the following day - short 15 minutes to the airport - HIGHLY recommend this hotel for travelers.

Internet was fine, Front desk was very helpful especially for calling taxi's for me. The linited shuittle hours did not work with my schedule until my last day to go to the airport. The resturant had a decent menu. I tried to use my $50 Best Western credit but was told I could not.

The hotel is a great option for being near the airport. It was clean and the restaurant was very good! The area however is totally industrial and there is absolutely nothing within walking distance. It was 30 euros to get into downtown. Great if you’re looking for easy access to the airport. It is also quite close to a metro station, so if you feel confident about using the metro that would also be a great option.
