The hotel is close to the airport so if you’re flying out of Madrid then this is the hotel to go, but if you want to enjoy exploring the city this hotel is not a good option. The staff members were professional. Our room was always kept cleaned.

It worked for an overnight

Check was swift but cost extra to check in early (25 euro) upon arrival took a while for AC to kick in, not easily operated or explained, hair dryer was broken and kept turning off after a few minutes, phone was also not working, after waiting about 20min for another room we just resorted to staying because we were exhausted from a cruses and just wanted to sleep. It was an ok hotel, definitely not sound proof as advertised. Could use improvement in these areas.

Liked the fact that there was no carpet in rooms, but washable floors instead. Modern, clean. Free computer access in lobby but somewhat difficult to use with mouse and Spanish keyboard. No shuttle service to Port--only to/from the Airport. Shuttle has specific operating times as well, and may not fit your airport arrival/departure times. Good help with luggage delivery to room. Nice/cozy (small) bar area. Breakfast meals were pricey.

This is a great place to stay the night before a flight or if you get in late. Modern, clean, nice amenities, a pleasant staff that speaks English, and good food. The free airport shuttle was on time and easy. My go to hotel when I am flying out of BCN in the morning.
