Probably the most convient hotel to use before a cruise. Right at the drop-off for the cruise buses over to the ships. Staff was absolutely outstanding in all areas. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially by European standards.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is beautiful! Every time we come to Barcelona we stay here. We love the staff! The rooms are spacious with a balcony. He also love the showers and ended up telling our contractor to make a shower like the web in the hotel in our home.

If you are taking a cruise, this hotel is in an ideal location. I did spend a few days in Barcelona prior to my cruise departure and it was perfect. The staff is wonderfully friendly and efficient. I was even able to store some of my luggage here while I was on my cruise and picked it up after. Definitely recommended.

Staff and room were great as was the surrounding area. One of the top differentiators in choosing this property was the rooftop bar with views of the Med. when we went up there, the bar was. Loses for a private event. Not sure why that would happen when there are so many other places to have a private event, and this must be a reason for others to book as well. Wonderful staff, furnishings old and need update

The staff is wonderful and attentive but the furniture is old and the bed/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There were only two bath towels and zero wash cloths provided. The location is beautiful and the balcony was awesome for city/water viewing. Overall probably wouldn’t stay again.
