The staff was fine. The refrigerator did not work. I could not get through on the phone to the front desk. When I went downstairs I was told they could not fix it -- that person fixes these issues was not there and they could not fix the refrigerator or put in a replacement. We had a room with a patio. Not worth the getting the patio upgrade. The rear view is a courtyard with balconies with laundry and other storage items.

Very neglected. Very cold, heater didn’t work. Staff was nice. Taxi they called for us charged 25 euros for a very short drive to port. Beds were very hard. Don’t understand how it has such a high rating Would not stay here again.

Room was very clean. Staff was excellent and got us in as soon as room was cleaned which was great for a early morning arrival from the US. We had the 4 bed room but make sure you are comfortable with everyone seeing you in the bathroom as the sink is open to the room, the toilet and shower doors are clear glass, and the back shower wall is slightly fogged glass and visible to the whole room.
