The hotel is centrally located to transportation, restaurant and shopping all within walking distance. The staff is very friendly. Sadly, the hotel is very old and the two twin beds that were pushed together kept sliding apart as we tried to sleep in the middle together. The room was located towards the street and we could hear people talking extremely load until 3:30am every night. The location was ok for a few sleepless night, but next time I surely will upgrade to something newer and quieter within the same location.

The room and bathroom was clean, lots of space for two cycle tourists, gear and our bikes in the room. Having the small balcony looking down on the street was pleasant. However, do recommend earplugs at night, as evening revellers and early morning street cleaners can be loud. The location was great to access restaurants, the Ramblas, the Boqueria market, lovely plazas, and the Cathedral.

I am very disappointed with the showers with very little hot water (cooling water) and Lo pressure…difficult to take a shower…I am very unhappy with the staying. Owners is very cheap and save money on NOT providing hot water …. I should get some refunds

A nice convenient hotel clean good air conditioning shops and restaurants and metro station nearby.the staff Carmen and John were very pleasant and helpful. A pleasant surprise for a no frills hotel. If I went to Barcelona again I would consider staying there again

Very clean, good location

The room was amazingly clean and although not big, was comfortable. The location of the hotel, just off Las Ramblas and in the Gothic Quarter was ideal and well signed outside. Staff were friendly. I would stay again.

First impression of the room …. Prison cell… . You get use to it when you open window, but the color scheme is so depressing. Very small bathroom but good hot water pressure what is definitely a plus.

From checking in the receptionist wanted our passports and took all the details even for our children. Also wanted our home address in Canada but wouldn’t explain why. Very poor facilities in the room, the air conditioning kept us awake all night and the furniture is old and tired. My husband cracked his head open turning in the bed at night on the wooded side table that couldn’t be moved and ended up bleeding all over the pillow case. When we checked out to explain the issue the only response we received was two Euros to use the safe over night. Terrible experience and would never recommend this facility.
