The listing specifically included air-conditioning, however there was no air conditioning available. The room itself was 27 degrees celcius when I arrived, and they advised there was no air conditioning available in the room or throughout the entire hotel. I had to find a last minute booking at another hotel for my stay. Despite the false advertising and the hotel not providing the services paid for, the hotel have refused to offer a refund. Very poor customer service with false advertising and unwillingness to resolve the matter. Not recommended.

I loved this small boutique hotel. The bed wasn't super comfortable but everytbing else makes up for that. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, off the main tourist areas, and the breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend it!
