Nice hotel and location. Ac not working, pricy breakfast, staff either “lazy/not really service minded” or super. Overall good, would still go here again, but there’s room for improvements in relation to the price you pay for the accomodation.

We had great 3 night post cruise stay. Staff was amazing, very hospitable. Housekeeping lady was so kind, sweet and very good detailed- our room looked amazing. Breakfast and bar team, were very friendly as well. Young lady at check in ( sorry forgot her name) assisted with luggage storage, return of my mobility scooter and had our room ready before actual check in time. Wonderful team!!! Kudos!!!
