Apartment description - 2 bedroom newly remodeled apartment with 1 bathroom. One full bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. Complete kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with 135 x 200 cm bed. 2nd bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm).

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air conditioning and heating.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - The apartment faces away from the street, into an ample interior courtyard.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people. It can sleep up to 6.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.

Amazing location, beautiful building and apartment, clean and comfortable. Everything you need and the rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus. Walking distance to everything and the metro is just a few minutes walk if you need it. In the city centre but quiet inside the apartment, we did not hear any street or traffic noise. Family of four (kids aged 10 and 13) just had an amazing long weekend in Barcelona. This apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. We loved the Spanish feel and even the sounds from the nearby apartments were great, we felt like we were having a true Barcelona experience! Plenty of taxis nearby and so many great places to eat within 5-10 minutes walk. Highly recommend!

The flat is in a good location. Decor lovely and traditional. Quite spacious for a group of three. The main bedroom was quiet at the back of the flat. The second bedroom was a little noisy with the lift shaft next door!
