The pool and hot tub were great. We really liked Judy the concierge, she made some great recommendations for my family. We appreciated the ski check and not needing to lug our ski equipment around.

The hot tubs need complete replacement. Rooms need massive updates. One example: modernize recharging capabilites and toss the DVD players. Ski in/out advertised but ski check not staffed. Restaurant advertised as a must but was closed entire stay.

The hotel looks tired - rugs in hall are dirty - we stayed in room 310 bedding had stains on box spring- the hotel needs some facelifts- very disappointed that the on site restaurant was closed- the parking lot and walkways on the property were all ice - addressed my concerns with front desk staff - it’s a great location but needs some attention

The location was nice but the hotels restaurant was closed the whole trip making finding food options extremely tough and inconvenient. The hotel is almost TOO family friendly. Kids run up and down the halls all hours of the night with complete disregard for quiet hours. The hotel in general could use a facelift service wise and facility wise. No room refresh the entire 5 day trip and front desk not responsive at night when calling down for excessive noise. Floors have holes all over them, common area bathrooms gross. I will absolutely stay somewhere else on my next ski trip.
