Location:$40 cab ride into town. Town is half an hour away.
Absolutely over priced! The service was fine, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. That was about it.
Check in took forever!
The restaurants are so over priced. It was ridiculous. The menu was extensive. The food was ok. Nothing wonderful. The spa services were so over priced! Massages started at about $50 for an hour. We had a group of us so paid the $40 taxi fare into town and had an amazing hour and a half massages for $14.
Our room was located at the furthermost point of the resort. No one offered to help us with our luggage. We walked up a steep hill in the rain only to discover if we wanted to do anything we had to walk all the way back down to the very bottom of the hill to eat or swim. I love exercise. But this was awful. I
Noone was serving in the pool bar on a Saturday afternoon. No happy hour in the bars on a Saturday. A juice will set you back about $9.
The wifi is dreadful. Barely a connection.
Don't waste your time coming here. Plenty of amazing places in Asia - unfortunately this is not one of them.

Cons:Over-worked staff especially housekeeping. Shoddily cleaned rooms after a full hotel the previous night, worn-out/half used toiletries.
