What a great, comfortable place to stay. Great space in the room, loved the in room washing machine and dryer, and very accommodating of our little dog. Beautiful location right opposite a pretty beach, and nice restaurant below.

Air con wasn’t working, so we had a portable unit, however it was extremely noisy & sounded like it was going to blow up… so we kept on switching it off for a bit and then it would run okay for another 5-10mins again before beginning to screech & splutter.

Stank of cigarette smoke the moment we walked in. Lounge had stains all over it. Range hood didn’t work. Shower head was 10ft in the air with no door on the shower so water sprays through the whole bathroom. Woken up at 5am, 6am and 6:30am by garbage trucks straight outside the ‘hinterland’ (rear view of foodworks) room.

Right on the beach, awesome views, restaurant and shops downstairs, close to bus stops to Batemans Bay, Narooma and Canberra. Staff are professional, friendly and courteous.

The shower glass door was missing, so while having shower the water was going outside and the bathroom floor was wet. But overrall was good experienced.
