The Space:

Inside, the home is bright, airy and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. With multiple living spaces, there’s room for everyone to unwind — whether that’s enjoying a quiet coffee, gathering for dinner, or letting the kids enjoy their own retreat with TV and PlayStation.



Upstairs is the main open-plan hub of the home, featuring a modern kitchen, dining and living area that flows out to a generous deck with BBQ and outdoor seating — perfect for long lunches, family dinners, or an afternoon drink after the beach. The main bedroom is also upstairs and includes its own ensuite and walk-in robe, while a study nook with desk makes working remotely easy if needed.



Downstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, the main bathroom with a freestanding bath, and a full laundry with a washing machine. The layout makes this home especially well-suited to families travelling together, giving adults and children space to relax comfortably.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home via self-check-in with a lockbox. Please note the shed at the rear of the property is not available for guest use.

Malua Bay is a favourite South Coast destination known for its beautiful patrolled beach, relaxed coastal atmosphere, and easy access to local cafés, shops and family-friendly reserves. The beach, surf club, playground and local conveniences are all within a short stroll, making this an easy and enjoyable base for families. Batemans Bay is only a short drive away for extra dining, shopping and activities, while Broulee, Moruya and other coastal villages are perfect for day trips.



Getting Around:

Guests can enjoy excellent local amenities and dining nearby. Three 66 Cafe is approximately 4 km away, offering excellent coffee and light meals with stunning views of the bay. Club Malua, just down the road, serves modern Australian dishes in a relaxed setting. The Malua Bay IGA, flat walk away, is perfect for groceries and essentials. For more variety, Batemans Bay is around 13 km away, offering a wide range of waterfront restaurants, shopping options, and family-friendly activities.



Other Things to Note:

We provide a starter supply of essentials including tea, coffee, toilet paper, body wash, and basic kitchen and laundry items to help you settle in comfortably. Linen and bath towels are supplied for your stay; however, we ask guests to bring their own beach towels.
