No wifi which we didn’t know about…discounted zoo passes advertised out the front of reception but when we went to buy them they were “not available”…asked for extra toilet paper & garbage bags but couldn’t get them because the cleaners had gone home (before 5pm) and loud people across the road after 10pm

We had the issue with the Stinky toilet very bad the rooms they’re not clean at all. I booked for eight sleeps and in the end I got only one shower. and one toilet. This house needs a lot of update. It’s not ready to rent. For the price I paid $3500 for only five nights. it was I really deserve to refund my money back or an offer for another holiday for me and my wife. I was just about to leave my holiday and go back home.
