On Expedia it listed that they have self service laundry but when we learned the hard way after travelling in the UK for a week to find out that they don't have self service laundry. Please update the services list in Expedia for this hotel. They have a fantastic breakfast selection though.

This hotel was in a nice area, very easy to walk to attractions and sightseeing spots. Elevator was a bit old and slow but other than that the hotel was quite pretty and newer looking. AC worked well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary cookies given at reception desk on arrival. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Fridge, iron and ironing board were available in rooms. Within in a few minutes walking distance of Roman baths and shopping centre. Supermarket next door. Parking available for a charge. Restaurant within hotel with nice food. Good gym facilities. 2 night stay 1 nights sleep.

Arrived at the room with other peoples rubbish on the side board. Then in the middle of the night we were absolutely shocked that the air con unit tried to leave the room with a massive rumble every half hour (found out later that it was the discharge pipe) !!! It was also a pleasure at 3.30am listening to the rubbish men’s conversation and also there truck idling outside quite a distance away from the main entrance of the hotel front, double checked the window was closed which it was, just very old knocked windows that are in need of an up grade. On a positive note the breakfast was good but expensive
