I have always held Hilton Garden Inn hotels in high regards. After checking into the hotel, our room that was assigned had not been cleaned. We took a different room, king versus queen beds, and the television did not work. Another room assignment, the room was clean, beds comfortable, but the television kept losing internet connection. I hope to stay at another Hilton Garden Inn but that is to be determined.

Checked in with my adult son the afternoon of 3/29/2025. Went to LSU baseball game and came back to the room that evening. Card key no longer worked. Had to get the front desk manager to let us in. When I went into room, There was a nude woman sleeping in my bed. A bed I had taken a nap in that afternoon. Not sure what game the front desk is playing. But not safe or good! All of our stuff was still in room as far as we know, but appeared to have been pilfered through. Never this hotel again. We retrieved our belongings and manager got the key to another room. We went to the other room. However, we were so upset over the events, we just went to airport and did not sleep. Nothing short of a full refund and additional free stays at another Hilton hotel will be acceptable!

My experience was Great from the moment I walked in was a greeting that felt warm the Deak clerk Ladarius the kitchen and bar Ms. Monique and the other guy. My room was clean comfortable and had great night sleep! When I say the hotel has the best crew on evening shift they were amazing.
