Needs improvement

I stayed here in early April and had no issues at all. I went this past weekend and it was very busy due to tournaments, etc. When arriving, there was a long line for check in and only one person at the front desk was focused on that. Then I was given a room where the air conditioner wasn’t working. I will give the staff credit for assigning me a new room, but it took a while for my new room to cool off and the lobby’s a/c wasn’t working. It’s hard for people to spend their money in hotels that aren’t fully up to par. Then people who booked double beds were told they would have to wait an additional hour after check in. I understand it being busy, but we already have to wait until 3 pm to check in. Another hour of waiting with no type of accommodation is not ok. I won’t be returning.

Hotel was disappointing. Not the worst I’ve stayed in, but definitely not great. AC was out in the lobby so it was pretty warm, but worked really well in the room. The halls and room smelled almost like mildew. The floors felt dirty and the shower floor is stained/dirty. Bedding cover had a few stains. TV was very basic and remote didn’t have many working functions at all aside from changing channels. I did enjoy seeing a few planes taking off and landing. This hotel is definitely not worth having to pay for breakfast. I would not stay again. Fridge was turned almost off and also smelled bad. Bed and pillows are comfy, though.

Don't Stay Here!

The room was not clean. It smelled like mold. The shampoo and conditioner were empty and the body wash was very close to empty. There was hair in the drain and on the walls. The carpet was filthy. We travel this area a lot and will not be staying in this hotel again nor recommending it for anyone. I work in hospitality so i know what to expect and this was not it.

I made the reservation for my wife but in my name. When my wife arrived she had to call me and the desk clerk had to obtain verbal approval for my wife to be added to the booking. It took only a couple of minutes and other than this issue the check in was flawless. We have used this property on more than one occasion and have never had an issue.
