Loved the spacious room worked perfectly for our family. The breakfast options were great for a free breakfast. We did have some issues during our stay with cleanliness and miscommunication no staff member was on the same page to take care of the issue. Upon arrival the king bedding smelled horrible and musty, no shampoo, and only 1 roll of toilet paper. I would stay here again but would definitely check cleanliness upon arrival.

This was a really bad experience. It wasn’t the worst that I’ve had but it was pretty bad. There was no regulation with the breakfast so it was all picked over and gone by 6:05 AM. There was banging and noise every single night. I stayed here for about four nights and I could not get any sleep. Children were crying and running down the hallway. It was pretty bad. The room was really spacious. The beds were a bit small, but the room was really spacious and big housekeeping never came to the room that was really disappointing. Also, the room didn’t have a stove. Also, the plugs didn’t all work in the room, but I really loved how spacious the room was. I may try and stay here again just to see if they’ll redeem themselves, but I really enjoyed the size of the room. It gave my kids lots of room to walk around. The staff was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. That is another reason why I will give them another chance.

From our arrival, Brandon at the front desk was smiling and very helpful with information and making sure we were comfortable. The rooms were super clean and the breakfast was good. I will make this my go to when I am in Baton Rouge. And will try this brand of hotel in other cities.

Great stay for the price.

Overall it was a very nice hotel to stay at. Check in with a little rough but understandable considering they had a large Russia people show up to check in at the same time. We reserve three rooms on the same floor near each other. The hotel staff was very kind and made sure that our wishes were accepted and taking care of The first room we went to wasn't clean but the immediately moved us to another floor and made sure all of our rooms were still together near the elevator. The hotel manager and staff was very friendly and professional throughout our entire state. The breakfast area and hotel was clean and the food was actually good. We will be staying here again.

It was great. The room was clean and everything was nice. We did ask for an extra pillow and they didn’t have any. Brandon was great, it was after he left the guy who was there after was the one who couldn’t find us an extra pillow.
