This is a great hotel and a perfect stop for our trips from AL to TX. We always ask for a ground level room since we travel with 3 French Bulldogs. We usually get the room we want, but not this trip. The 2nd floor room was great, but inconvenient.

Great location and ease of access. The room is large with kitchen, sitting room and bedroom in separate areas. Everything was clean and ready. Full refrigerator means no trek to public ice maker. Good enough breakfast, not here for the food.

Room was just ok. Cover for a/c unit barely hanging on. Furniture was worn and dated. Sofa felt like you were sitting in a bucket. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work. Stopper in bathroom sink was broken. If I was staying more than one night I would have requested another room.

Not the best stay.

Clean enough. No body wash in the container in the bathroom. Door to the bathroom stuck to the floor halfway open so you had to shimmy past the toilet to get in, then had a hard time closing the door. Pulled the sofa bed out and there was mold and stains growing on the underside of the bed. Ick! Breakfast was adequate. Check in clerk when I finally got to her, after waiting in line for a while was very nice.

It's a no for me, dawg.

Got a completely different room than I originally booked, and had to pay $50 more than what was supposed to be due. The room wasnt very clean either. There was a questionable substance on the curtain in the bedroom, closet doors weren't attached, just leaning against the wall, room smelt like a pack of cigarettes, tub/shower didn't drain well, the remote did everything but allow to select a channel and tissue layed out on top of the tissue box. Arrived later in the evening and traveling with a tired kid, I just rolled with it and touched minimal things in the room, No photo's were taken bc no one has time for that. I would not return.
