First room we got in smelled like an ashtray.the second room they tried to put us in had someone in it....the last room they had roaches..the floor was all greasy!! You can definitely tell that they do not clean theses rooms how they should!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

When I first tried to check in the man at the front was on his phone playing a game and didn't acknowledge my presence for a solid 15 seconds before pausing his game. Then it was cash only for the room and the website said nothing about that when booking. When I walked into the room it was literally 90degrees. There was holes in the all the walls mold under the sheets and a wall socket literally hanging out of the wall. There was no fridge even tho there was a clear spot for one. Now microwave. Not even a bucket for some ice. So I went to the ice machine to just fill up my cup and the ice machine was broken. There was nothing int the room with the WiFi password so I went back to the front for the password and he refused to write it down. He told it to me over and over but it wouldn't work. I watched him type in a completely different password then he was telling me. And just to top it all off bring ur own pillows the ones there were really lumpy and old. Honestly I would have stayed somewhere else but I was told no refunds and I didn't have anymore money. I had booked a trip to BR about a month ago at a different hotel. Same price room 10x the quality. Save your time go somewhere else.

Horrible place to stay

The room was dirty, dirt on floor also wet in some places. Comforter had burn holes, wall outlet was exposed another cracked, no battery in smoke detector, large dents in wall, bathroom fan no working and dangling from ceiling
