Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
a few coworkers and i went down on a small business trip and the staff were very unhelpful when it came to checking in. We were told we could use a third-party booking system and select pay at property so that we could switch to our company card. we got there but they would not allow us to do it, nor did they offer any solutions to our problem. we also had tax exemption form from the company, and they also refused to take them, stating that since we did it all through a third party that they could not accept the form. one of my coworkers did not have a party at all with switching payments and accepting his tax form but the rest of us had to pay with our own credit cards. i understand policy but how are you going to do something for one person and not everyone?? like i said the staff was very unhelpful to the point of being rude to us. i will never stay at this location for the simple fact that this staff is rude and unhelpful
