It’s a clean room to sleep, if you don’t hear the homeless. No frills, but clean. Not the safest area to walk through, but not too dangerous. Wouldn’t want my wife walking it alone.

Dirty and beat up

Took us 3 rooms to get 1 that was either functioning or clean. Last one had a broken toilet and they had to rip it appart during the stay. Overall did not enjoy the experiance. And still waiting on hotel to contact me back about compensation. Have pics and video of how bad.

A very nice hotel. Very friendly staff that always greets with a hi or hello whenever they meet you anywhere in the hotel. The restaurant was only open until 10am when we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

Never again!!

We were very disappointed in the Origins Hotel Baton Rouge. Our room was really small and the bathroom was filthy! The only redeeming quality of the room was that the bed was good. This app will not allow me to add any photos or I would share.

Small quiet hotel downtown. Restaurants nearby. Rooms clean and comfy. We did find a bag of potato chips and some plastic bags from a previous guest in our room so housekeeping wasn’t completely thorough but not a huge deal. Couldn’t check into our original room because mechanics on door was broken so had to go back to front desk and get checked into another room. I would stay again.

The accommodations were pleasant, but I was given a room different than I reserved and unfortunately I didn’t notice until I was done with my trip. I had requested a room with a tub and did not get that. My lack of awareness did not give them the opportunity to remedy the situation.
