The hotel was fairly empty when we arrived. We were given a room with the door that was propped open and literally right next to the pool. We asked about the noise and they said they weren't busy so it shouldn't be an issue. However at some point they went out to clean and were banging on the garbage can right outside our window. Also, after 5 minutes in the room, we had knocking at the door because our fridge was broken and they wanted to change it, hence why the door was propped open when we arrived. Not sure why we were given the one room they were working on when the hotel was empty. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am. At 6:10, there was no food out and they were still working on it and there were hardly any choices once they did bring it out. I would not stay here again.

The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. I needed to study for an exam during my stay and she made sure to accommodate date me and she gave me a top floor room and at the end of the hallway to insure quiet study time for me! That’s service!

We loved that we could walk right next door to Cracker Barrel and the room itself was very clean and cozy. We didn’t have any complaints. Only reason it’s not a complete five star is because it’s nothing too fancy which is not expected at the price we paid. We will definitely stay here again.
