House has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and of course an outdoor shower. A large open kitchen/dining/great room and another bonus living room that doubles as a kids playroom. Plus a home office and the best outdoor space and the best roof deck on the island. Fully equipped with a new sonos system indoors and out and brand new flatscreens. Pls note there are no longer jet skis and a fence is going around the pool before the summer starts. 18k for the FULL 11 available nights!
