Experience Beaufort's Battery Creek from this recently-renovated Waterfront 1st-floor 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom end-unit condo in a gated community in Beautiful Beaufort South Carolina. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, comfy Queen bed, pull-out sofa, patio space & more! Close to Downtown Port Royal, Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island! Also visit Charleston and Savannah! Looking for a getaway? Or headed to Beaufort for a Marine Corps Graduation Ceremony at Parris Island? This is it!

This unit is not safe or suitable for children or infants due to the proximity/danger of the water and the railing safety design in the backyard. Therefore we do not allow children under 12 to stay in the unit.

There is 1 dedicated parking space labelled with the unit number for our home. Should you need a second parking space, any unnumbered space may be used, labeled V for Visitor.

NO ACCESS - the community next door to the right with which we share a driveway called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to upset the owners next door.

BOAT DOCK - this is private for the complex next door and is off limits behind a gated keypad. If you wish to bring a small boat and trailer, you can park on site (limited availability) for a $40/Night fee (Max 7 Days) BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE before your arrival. You MUST let us know so we can check availability. There is a public boat launch - Parris Island Boat Landing - next door.

You have full access to the condo. The pool, fire pit, dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas next door are off-limits as they belong to the community next door- the Village at Battery Creek.

Please note you are on the first floor and there is another unit above you. It is possible you may hear noises from time to time, but everyone is very respectful here.

Beaufort Blue hideaway on Battery Creek

Great place, clean, neat and a beautiful plve to stay. Brenda and I loved the morning sunrise and watching the dolphins play in the water. We enjoyed visiting the sites and the seafood there in Beaufort. We would recommend staying with you and would in the future. Thanks Brenda and Rodney

Great cozy condo

We came to Beaufort for USMC graduation at Parris Island. This condo is literally across the road from base. Quiet, beautiful views, and close to great restaurants. My favorite part was the waterway behind the condo. Sitting on the patio was relaxing and we saw dolphins every day! We would definitely stay at Blue Heron again.

This was a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed and was so close to parris island for graduation. Secure location. The only issue is that it is a 1st floor condo and the upstairs tenants are very loud. Other than that it was great!

The property was convenient for our travel destination and the surrounding view was nice. We were disappointed to find some of the wash rags and bath towels to be stained and holding clusters of hair. We went to Walmart and bought our on bath towels and wash rags. The TV would not come on, but overall a nice stay.

Nightmare

The upstairs guests were the loudest people I've ever stayed by in my life. I could hear every conversation, argument, movement, game, snore that they made. This place had potential to be so perfect and based on reviews I thought it would be. The last day of our stay we were woken up at 5:45 am by 3 police banging on the door looking for someone with a gun. The shower didn’t have enough pressure to rinse my hair and the tub drained to slow that I was basically taking a bath. I contacted the property owners numerous times with our issues with no resolve. It was over 19 hours until we heard back from them after the first complaint. They then offered to call the loud guests upstairs. We had already asked them to be quiet. Im glad others have enjoyed their stay but this was our worst ever VRBO stay. No pool, no hot tub, no access to the water that we were staying on didn't help enjoy the place either. We were aware of those things but didn’t realize it was going to be that restricted. We did see dolphins from our room though. The cleaning lady was very nice. We checked out a day early. Way too stressed for another night, so money wasted.

The owner was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. I had a very pleasant stay and it work out perfect for a overnight stay for my son graduation at Parrish Island Marine Corps. It only a few minutes away.I definitely recommend this place if you are going to be in the area for a overnight stay or few days.

It is a beautiful area to stay. For so many rules from the owner, the neighborhood had dogs in our front yard, a noisy neighbor above and the team that cut grass around there had no respect for our personal property (car). This property was very nice and very clean. The only problem was not the property but the property above it had about 8 people in it that went in when we were going in. They were loud and they walked around half of night and you could hear it very well in our condo.

Quick trip for my sons graduation from boot camp and it was the perfect place!

3 min drive to the gate allowed us to sleep as late as possible! On the water was the perfect scenery and the condo was safe, clean and cozy! Much thanks for a wonderful stay with everything we needed!

Fishing weekened

My son and I stayed here in order to be nearby to Port Royal Landing Marina. It was a great location for our fishing weekend. The condo and view of Battery Creek were better than expected. The host was very organized and communication was easy. Great place!
