Lovely hotel inspire of the current construction. The woman who checked us in went out of her way to find a room that met our needs . We did not eat at the hotel, so can't speak to that. Our room was great. Clean, big, comfy. Would definitely return

The property was nice for theost part but construction of the common facilities pool fitness and conference center were all closed due to renovations. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Staff at the front desk took forever to help us at check in and again when we had to come down and ask for more towels because we were only given two towels for 5 guests in our room. Also, our shower curtain was not long enough to reach the tub, so water ran out of the shower and flooded the bathroom when we showered. The room was pretty clean, and we had a nice stay overall.

I could deal with the noise. I expect that with renovations going on. Breakfast was good. What I did NOT expect was for the water to be turned off without any warning at 1000 in the morning. Glad I was not in the shower. I told them at the desk when we checked out about the water and they said "we know". I didn't make a stink about it, we just went on our way. I think a voucher for a free night would have been a nice gesture.

This hotel needs a lot of TLC! No smoke detector in room (it had been removed); one elevator out of service; the pool and fitness room are closed; paint peeling off ceiling in dining room above the tables; etc.

Nightmare hotel

Other than being notified when we walked in that there was no Internet, no TV, no bar, no restaurant, no gym or pool, everything was great. Our second night all the above became available except for the gym and pool but we had no water first about 4 hours. That was pretty inconvenient.
