On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of Bechyně, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 950 m, swimming bay 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 950 m, riding stable 6 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].
