Was advertised as a pet friendly. When we got there they informed us they were not. Had to try & find alternate accommodation at 6pm after a really long drive from northern NSW.. Not at all impressed!!!

Thank you for your review, we do not advertise anywhere that we are pet friendly and are not sure where you found this information as our extensive search has failed to find any sites that claim that we are pet friendly. A simple phone call would have resolved this situation prior to your arrival.

Great place to stay my only concern was not being sure which way was suitable to enter the room. Make for an uncomfortable walk as it was not clear and seeing personal belongings making you believe you shouldn’t be in that area. Minor thing still 5/5 and would return. Thanks for having us

From our room (8) there is access to a verandah overlooking the valley/gorge at the back of Beechworth. There were ducks on the pond and rosellas in the tree. High spec finish to the rooms and great space, can even look through picture window to verandah and beyond.
