I loved my stay at the DoubleTree. The hotel was new and clean and offered top level service in every area possible. The location was near the metro and in the perfect district of Beijing for all of my needs, however maybe not where a first time visitor would want to stay. We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly. The location is great, it’s nearby shops/restaurants. I like everything except the spa. The female spa needs deep cleaning. Hair everywhere. Seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Everything else was clean except the spa.
