Good location and very friendly staffs.

Very nice hotel with friendly staffs except for the poor internet connection. Good location, 5 min. walk to Dongdan station, about 30 min. walking distance to Wangfuging and Temple of Heaven.

Very Good Hotel

Very nice hotel in a good location. Close location to shopping centres, Pearl Markets, Wangfujing Street, and train station.

Very convenient location, there are two subway stations nearby, about 10 mins taxi to the entrance of the forbidden city. Breakfast is good too.

Nice hotel. Great location. Good breakfast.

Pros: The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious but could have been better cleaned. The breakfast was good.
Cons: Cleanliness of rooms. It would be good if the desk staff could understand and converse better in English.
Location: The area was good. Within walking distance of the plazas and Tiananmen Square.
We had a pleasant stay in Beijing. The hotel was located in a good area, close to good food and shopping. We did lots of shopping at the Silk market. Bargain, bargain, bargain. Taxis were inexpensive. Get the location written in Chinese. The hotel staff did this for us. Great help.

Nice hotel, great room, clean and comfortable.

Pros: The room, the view, clean and quiet.
Location: Walking distance to Tian'namen Square and forbidden city and downtown shopping if you like walking. Nothing else in the immediate vicinity.
But... No lounge bar or hotel atmosphere. Great hotel for clean comfortable room and walking (a few blocks) distance to tian'namen square and downtown shopping but the Hotel is a stand alone. I like a hotel that I can come back to in the evening and relax in a friendly lounge bar and catch up with fellow travellers or listen to some music. For this reason I wouldn't stay here again but would highly recommend it for its accomodation.

inner Momgolia Grand hotel. I would recommend

The hotel was great, especially for the price. The staff all spoke English, we booked all our tours from there, Great Wall and another tour the 3 places forbidden city, summer palace, heavenly city (you don't need to book the tour, so easy to do on your own and can go at own pace). Anywhere we wanted to go just got the hotel to call a taxi and tell the driver in English where to take us and we got a late check out for 1pm which was brilliant. The beds are really comfortable. TV has 1 English Channel. The hot water wasn't the best but still stayed hot for about 10 min. The hotel Bar wasn't the best though. We got the reflexology when we checked out and I'd recommend it to anyone. Really good and not that expensive.
