I dont understand all the negative reviews about this place, despite being really stressed and having no help from airport staff etc. The staff at Golden Phoenix made our whole layover as comfortable as possible while assisting with things way out of their range just to make sure we were looked after. book this place

A practical and convenient option for travelers needing a short stay near the airport. The hotel is very close to Terminal 3, making it ideal for transit or early flights. The rooms may feel a bit dated, but they are kept reasonably clean. With airport transfer service and breakfast included, the stay is quite hassle-free. Overall, a good value choice for a quick overnight stay.

The staff were all amazing in helping us out with difficult arrival times, and very accommodating, even with a language barrier, they were very helpful. Xiao Li, Xiao Hao, Xiao Yue, and Xiao Yang especially were helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Great price, close to the airport, and friendly staff, verything you need during a trip. I would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Breakfast is good, we are looking for other fruits like banana. Coffee is 3-in-1 mixed in a cup already (coffee+cream+sugar) when machine is pressed. Some bread are not sweet enough. Washing machine is not used due to no (tumble) dryer available. They do clean the room everyday.
