I was very happy with my stay. It felt very much like a hotel. It was spacious and clean and it had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a restaurant in the area, try Annie’s you can’t go wrong! Big thanks to the host for her help. She was responsive when I had questions.

Very close to all amenities. Very clean and tidy. Underfloor heating was a bonus, bed was super comfy. Couple of very small points, no glasses for wine or juice. No instructions for TV or washing machine, only 1 hob for cooking on. None of the above were a real problem, just mentioning for future reference. Would happily go back

This was a very disappointing experience. The unit advertised appears to be used as bait to secure bookings. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would be moved to a different apartment approximately 500 meters away. This was never communicated prior to arrival. The alternative unit was not what we originally booked and not what was advertised. We had to firmly insist on either a refund or being given the exact unit we paid for. Only after pushing back did the property manager agree to revert our booking to the original apartment. As this was a last minute situation, finding alternative accommodation was not practical, so we had little choice but to proceed. If we had not challenged the decision, we would have been relocated without proper consent. The apartment itself was acceptable but fairly basic for the price charged. Cleaning service was provided only once every seven days, which may not be suitable for shorter stays or guests expecting hotel level service. For a similar price point, a hotel offering daily housekeeping and towel changes would likely provide better overall value. The main issue remains the initial attempt to move us to a different unit without prior notice. That significantly affected our trust and overall experience.

Big bay window, good view. The room is big and comfortable. Good service and good location. Downstairs is Sanlitun. The subway station is just downstairs. I will choose to live here next time, which is worth recommending.
