I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing. The location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping and transport. Clean n big rooms. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful esp the bellboys who helped to accept our delivery packages from taobao. Very efficient and professional staff!
