We booked the 1-Bedroom Premium Apartment and were extremely pleased with our stay. The unit was spacious, cozy, clean, and very quiet. Service was excellent as well. Although the hotel notes that housekeeping is provided three times per week, our room was actually cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated. The location is also fantastic - just one block from Wangfujing Pedestrian Street and the subway station no. 1 & 8, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

Our stay was great. Only issue was the government meetings happening nearby required us to not go out at all for one of the days during our stay. As that wasn’t going to work for us, we changed hotels and they gave us a full refund for unused nights despite it being past refundable date. It would have been nice to know sooner if possible, but given they refunded our unused portion in full, we are still happy with their service. The hotel itself was nice, really convenient location, and the in room washer/dryer and kitchen was really nice to have.

The room is spacious and right next to the busiest commercial street, but is quiet in the room, very close to the city's attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just the decoration is a bit old.
