A Perfect Midway Stop for Our Family!We stayed at The Cottages at Moon Lake Farm on our drive home from New Orleans to the Nashville area, and it was honestly the perfect way to break up a long road trip.From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and beautiful the property is. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything our family needed to relax. The setting is absolutely gorgeous—towering trees, a quiet lake, incredible sunsets, and just enough seclusion to truly unwind.The hot tub was a huge hit with our kids after spending so many hours in the car, and we loved sitting on the covered porch in the evening, listening to nature. We also spent time fishing at the lake, which made for some wonderful family memories. It felt like we had stepped into our own little retreat in the woods.You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. Everything was well maintained, welcoming, and exactly as pictured.If you’re traveling through Mississippi or looking for a peaceful weekend getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough. It was the perfect reset before finishing our trip home, and we left feeling relaxed instead of exhausted.We’ll definitely be keeping this place in mind anytime we’re traveling through the area again.
