Poor service and unhygienic room toilet
I have mentioned to reception desk about the serious concern on poor hygiene condition of the toilet bowl. The area surrounding the toilet bowl and the bowl itself stinks so badly when I was about to use the toilet for the first time. It seems the housekeeping did very carelessly. The reception did a false promise to have a hotel staff to contact back within a week. This left me very dissatisfied with overall service from an IHG Hotel.

Great location great stay
Hotel was in a fantastic location easy to access the Bus terminal and then straight into the city centre for all of Belfast's bars shops and restaurants. Staff were great very helpful and attentive, breakfast was very good all the options catered for from cooked options to continental and cereals etc. Bar/social area was great and comfortable ideal for work or play.

I have stayed here many times I use to use this hotel when I worked in Belfast. This visit was for my birthday and they were so lovely as they always are. Breakfast value for money and rooms clean and comfortable. I will be going back again in the summer
