A localização é ótima, perto de pontos turísticos, da rodoviária e do metrô central, o que facilita bastante o acesso a pé. Porém, há muitas pessoas em situação de rua ao redor do hotel, o que exige mais cuidado, principalmente para quem não conhece a região. Também existem alguns bares ao lado do hotel que tocam música até tarde durante a semana, o que pode causar desconforto para quem busca silêncio. O hotel não possui acessibilidade, e pela estrutura do prédio é compreensível a dificuldade de instalar um elevador, mas seria um ponto de melhoria. No geral, o atendimento foi muito bom, os funcionários são educados e o café da manhã é excelente.
