Charming holiday apartment at the Pueblo Evita urbanización with an excellent location only 500m to the beach of Benalmádena and with a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and contains what you need for a lovely holiday. There is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room.

The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things and have oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The kitchen is in connection with the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area where there is TV. There is direct access to the terrace which has garden furniture, BBQ (charcoal) and sunbeds. Here you can enjoy meals at all times of the day while enjoying the beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.

There is 3 bedrooms:

The 1st bedroom contains 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The 2nd bedroom contains 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The 3rd bedroom contains a double bed and a wardrobe.

There is Wi-Fi and air-condition throughout the apartment.

Within the urbanización, there is a community swimming pool available from mid-March to the end of October. Additionally, there is a shared pool on the roof of the complex, open only during the summer months. The urbanización also features a Club house café/pizzaria and Sam's sports bar, where you can enjoy darts, billiards, and various sports channels, especially football matches. Please note that some of these activities must be paid for.

Due to the great location you have everything within walking distance and there is only a couple of 100 meters to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. There is also tennis and paddle tennis courts 150 away, but this is not included in the urbanización.

The beach is only 400 meters away and here you will also be able to find restaurants where you can enjoy several good meals.

The nearest train station is located only 1 km away and this makes it possible to get forth and back from Málaga Airport, so a rental car is not needed.

Attractions such as Park Paloma with the Selwo Marina Dolphinarium (500 m), Cable car which can take you to the mountains (1 km) and Puerta Marina (2,5 km), is within walking distance.

A nice holiday apartment, due to its facilities and location, and is ideal for a comfortable stay at all times of the year.

Fantastic View

What a lovely spacious appartment , really liked having the 3 bedrooms which were all very nicely done , my girls had a room each so was very peaceful ! what can i say , the appartment was a bit dated ,it had it all that you wanted ,lovely joining terrace and plenty of room out side , it is not for the faint harted though with 84 steps to go up , if you go in summer though you would only be a few steps away from the roof pool and terrace bar , the mamagement team were a dream , confirming all that we needed and meeting us on time with the keys a quick tour of the appartment and off , but contactable all the way through which was great to know , all in all agreat holiday in alovely appartment Gareth

Outstanding view from the top.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here. The terrace had a great view and plenty of space. The AC, washing machine and WIFI all worked well (lift door slightly on washer when closing). Parking was on the street but not a problem. The stairs up were long but my husband and I are in our sixties and didn’t mind them. We took most dinners in the old town up the hill. The beach area was very geared to people from the UK and the restaurants quite touristy. We visited Malaga, Fuengirola (great beach) and Nerja from the apartment. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice.

Great location

Great location and lovely property. Pool areas looked amazing but unfortunately not open even though we had specifically checked this out in advance. However, Rincon rental company responded immediately to our message and offered a full refund if we wanted to book elsewhere or 25% refund if we decided to stay. They had not been informed of pool closure and fault was outwith their control.

Excellent location & great facilities

Just had a lovely week here - 4 adults and 2 young children. Excellent location and facilities - close to all amenities and local supermarket, bars restaurant and beach! Only small downside was the apartment was up a lot of stairs and no lift. This was hard work with 2 x small children. However would not put us off staying there again.

Härlig lägenhet

Perfekt läge nära strand, restauranger, mataffär och padel/tennisbanor. Tillgång till områdets pool och snackbar. Fräsch inredning. Härlig stor balkong med havsutsikt och sol hela dagen. Lugnt läge med trevlig atmosfär! Skulle gärna se en uppgradering av sängarna som är något hårda. Lite lågt vattentryck i duschen. Saknade kökshanddukar och en del köksutrustning som visp, decilitermått och flera små skedar. Några av solbäddarna har sett sina bästa dagar. Kommer gärna tillbaka!
