Large Great Room-3 Master Suites-Hot Tub-Backs up to the Forest-Pet Friendly

WELCOME to our wonderful home in Sunriver. Located on Maury Mtn Lane, just around the corner from one of our other home.
** This home is now Pet Friendly **
This executive 5 bdrm, 4 ½ bath (3 master suites) home has room for everyone and then some. We back up to the forest so no neighbors behind us except for the deer and elk. The upper deck wraps around 3 sides of the home, plus there is a lower, partially covered deck along with our signature chair lift swing. There is a hot tub on the upper deck along with enough seating for everyone and a gas bbq.

The home features a reverse living floor plan with a great room concept. The main floor upstairs has the great room, along with the kitchen, powder room & master suite which has a king bed and supports a heated tile floor. There is also a 42” flat screen TV in the master. The kitchen has been totally remodeled with stainless appliances and granite counters. The great room has a wood stove for those chilly winter nights with all the firewood you need. There is also a large screen HD TV, Blu-Ray and a stereo. For those hot summer days we have central air conditioning.

On the lower level, there are the 4 other bedrooms which 2 of them are master suites. One with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. In bedroom 4 there is a set of twin bunk beds and in bedroom 5 there is a set of twin bunks along with 2 other twin beds. These two bedrooms (bdrm 4 and bdrm 5) share a bathroom with access off of both bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is the kids room which has a TV. The laundry area is also on this level along with a full 2nd set of washer and dryer in the garage. There is a double garage which has a ping pong table and foosball table and a TV for the kids. There is also a horse shoe pit in the back yard. We have 8 bikes (6 adult cruiser bikes & two adult mtn bikes) and a tandem bike along with a Burley trailer, to explore the 35 miles of bike trails & the new paved trail to Benham Falls.

***We have 12 Unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay. This saves hundreds of dollars with these unlimited use passes! These passes give you access to the SHARC aquatic pools, tubing hill, tennis courts and the Sunriver owners boat launch.

Wonderful stay on Maury Mt Lane! This home fit our group perfectly. Each master having 3 attached bathrooms was a huge draw. The wrap around porch and privacy of the forest made for an extra nice “vacation feel.” The surplus of bikes and game area in the garage was a plus as well. The owner was quick to respond to a few needs we had right off the bat. Would definitely recommend to others!

Our family of 6 adults, 1 teen, and 3 younger kids really enjoyed our stay at this home. Even before the trip, the hosts were easy to work with and good at communicating. The property was clean, and I don't think I've ever stayed at a VRBO that was so thoughtfully provisioned. I really felt like they anticipated things that we'd need and made sure they were there. The layout was nice with the nicest bedroom upstairs and the others (still very nice but not as fancy) downstairs. The hardest part was persuading my mother (we were there for her birthday) to take the upstairs bedroom and enjoy it! If we were to go back, I'd encourage my family to make sure they brought bike helmets so that they could ride the bikes the hosts make available. The kiddos enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables in the garage. I would re-book this property in the future.

Great house!

Loved the house, some of the dishes weren’t cleaned well but when relying on other guests to wash their hand washed stuff it happens. Not a big deal. House was great! Hot tub was so nice being able to watch the kids from it while they played in the woods. We had a big family gathering and it was open concept but also able to seclude with lots of space. We will definitely come back!

Complete Disappointment!!

Previous reviews on this property did not in any way reflect the condition and cleanliness of this house. I will list our issues & potential guests can determine for themselves what they feel is significant enough to consider when booking. Limited characters available to fully describe all issues.-Dishes, utensils, pots & pans, serving platters etc. in cabinets were all put away dirty- not certain if dishwasher worked or not but cleaners should not be placing partially clean items back in drawers or cabinets. We had to wash everything before use & did not use dishwasher after determining it didn't clean properly. Not only inconvenient but you worried about anything else you touched. -Kitchen trashcan, under sink, oven, stove top areas & outdoor bbq were filthy-Comforters on beds stained & dirty. Sheets in 1 bedroom were not changed from previous stay. Dog hair everywhere. Ripped sheets on other beds-Carpets were worn & dirty. Area rugs in LV & DR were dirty & corners curling up - tripping hazards. Bathroom & kitchen rugs stained and filthy. -toilets in two bathrooms had black mold on inside rim and urine stains on floor around toilet bowls and looked like floors hadn't been washed. -Shower doors with terrible mildew build up & off track in 1 bathroom-Upstairs master shower -cave like - enclosed on all sides and ceiling without ventilation smelled & had bad build up of mildew. Couldn't keep shower door open because of the smell and could not use.-DR chairs ripped

Beautiful Home

We are a group of senior women who have been staying at SunRiver for 39 years. This home was one of, if not the nicest home we have rented. It had everything we needed for our stay and in a nice area. We hope to rent this home again for our next visit next year.

Muary Mountain- amazing

Great Sunriver property for large family in a quiet location.

Lovely, spacious home with a reverse floorplan. Peaceful, quiet location in the NE corner of Sunriver. That being said it's quite far from the majority of the Sunriver "amenities", such as The Village, the Parks, the SHARC. My family all agreed that we would like to stay there again!

Great place for families

We had a wonderful week here the house is nice and close to all the things that Sunriver has to offer. Being backed up to the forest made it more secluded it was great for enjoying family time on the deck. Each of my adult children loved the place it was a memorable time and great place to vacation.

Three families - lots of fun

The house provided plenty of room for six adults and four grandsons and two granddaughters. We were disappointed with the poor performances of the bikes. Several of us had to opt out of group rides due to their bikes not working. I would recommend people to rent or bring their own bikes. If you enjoy playing pong pong bring your own paddles also. We couldn’t locate an umbrella for the outdoor dining table as was pictured. That would have been very useful.

Annual Family Vacation

We loved the home and the location! This is our annual multi-generational family vacation with 10 of us! Everything about the home was perfect for us; it is a very well designed home. The living room is large enough for all of us to gather. And, of course,there are the outside areas. One can relax on the wrap around deck and always find some shade. We set up hammocks and played our outdoor games below the deck. And, the view was great; it's nice to look out at trees (and deer) rather than other homes; if felt so private. And, the Mount Bachelor look was an additional bonus. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. A well-supplied kitchen is essential for our trips since we plan many special meals. The owners are readily available for any questions. I am so glad we found this lovely home and we will return.

Family Long Weekend

We’ve rented many VRBO homes. This one was the best equipped from the kitchen appliances and cookware, to the multiple bikes, the towels and bedding, and the fun indoor outdoor games. Nice BBQ. Great setting. We had 11 people and it was very comfortable. SHARC passes for everyone. We will be back.

A winter vacation as family

This vacation home helped us get together as family and enjoy yhe snow. The location allowed us to get away without toobmuch travel time, yet experience snow which is not available west of the cascades. The home was roomy, well equipted and beautiful. Perfect for all of us toe relax and play together.
