We really enjoyed the Campfire theme and felt the ambiance was great. Rooms were good sized and very reasonably priced through Expedia. However after checking out we were charged extra amenity and taxes that were not included in our Expedia purchase. You have to dig into the Expedia contract to see that these additional fees may be charged by the property themselves. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay in Bend at the Campfire Hotel.

Very comfortable room. Ample outdoor areas for fire pits and smokers. Noisy restaurant nest door. Shower designed for wheelchair users so not tall enough. Lots of drinks and snacks at exorbitant prices in the room. Would I stay again? Maybe.

While I’m sure the weather had something to do with it, we were very surprised and how highly rated this property is. While the people are nice. The rooms were not quite up to par. The bathroom door was cut off with a circular saw by someone who did not know how to do it properly. Shower was weak. When we got to our room, I’m not sure if it was cold or wet, but we had to leave our slippers on and cannot walk barefoot because the carpet was so damp. We were unable to use the amenities because of the weather so I’m sure that would’ve changed our perspective. They looked really nice. Bed was excellent and so was the TV.

This hotel is a little bit of magic in the heart of the city. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I loved the ambiance of twinkling orange lights and the roaring fire pit at night. A great place!

The staff was great! The front desk girl (I wish I remembered her name) with the amazing eyeshadow makeup was spectacular. Such a cute place. You can tell they put a lot of work into the detail of the rooms.
