The staff was so helpful, the room was clean and large with a very comfortable bed. Love the salt-water pool and hot tub. It was so fun to hear people singing around the campfire.

The property itself is fun - the Camp vibe is strong. However, this hotel doesn't stand up as a motel conversion. We ran into a number of challenges on our visit: - There was no soap or conditioner in the shower containers. The front desk did not answer the phone over 3 different calls on 2 days to get that fixed. - The room stank of cigarette smoke - The pool was very warm on day 1 (win!) then not nearly as warm on day 2 - There is a significant homeless population on the back road behind the hotel. While our car was fine during the stay, it was concerning. - The hotel is just on the other side of a bridge from downtown Bend. Because of the homeless people behind the hotel, our only safe option was to uber to downtown each time. - The hotel bar isn't near the pool (you have to leave the gated area then walk around in the parking lot to the bar or front desk) - The hotel bar is definitely a party That said, the front desk team was very nice when interacting in person.

Campfire hotel
I found this hotel on a whim when I landed in Bend, it had a good reviews. I decided to stay there, I liked it so much I stayed there a second night. Just a very charming experience, with the nice pool as well, and a fun place to stay. Office had food and drink to buy and a restaurant that was unfortunately close the day I was there. Looking forward to returning on my next trip.
