This was a great spot and perfect for my family of four and our dog. The yard was fully fenced which allowed for more peace of mind with the kiddos and pup as they enjoyed running around outside. We didn't use them, but there were two bikes and helmets on sight. This location is on a busy road and close to a busy roundabout, so there is traffic and associated noise with it. It is a convenient spot to walk to so much. About 1mi to downtown, but so much within a half mile of the property, so it was just nice to park and explore close by restaurants, shops, groceries, and even play grounds. The house was clean and comfortable with all the basic supplies. The hot tub was nice, but would have been nicer if it was a little more full as the jets were not fully covered unless we were all in it and sitting. There was a 70 charge for a hot tub fee which I wasn't expecting, just an FYI (maybe my fault for not reading everything in the listing first). The firepit was also nice at night to relax around, since the neighborhood is generally pretty quiet and while we were there, the nights were crisp and clear! The kitchen was well stocked for all cooking needs. Lots of linens, towels, etc. Everything was clean and well organized. The board games were also nice to sit down and unwind to. Easy to check in and out. The host was responsive to questions regarding billing and the online guest handbook was easy to navigate. We would certainly stay here again!

This charming home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub and board games were a big hit with the kids, and our dog loved the fenced yard. The decor was adorable, and the space was comfortable and perfect for our family of five. We also enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!

The house is nice. But it is located on a busy street that is very noisy. It is obviously run by a management company so it is minimally stocked. There was one roll of toilet paper and half a roll of paper towels in the house. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed to pick up essentials. They provide a lame commercial pack of toiletries. It was wholly unimpressive for the price.

Great stay!

We loved and our pup this house. It’s true to the pictures/description. Nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy access to DT and parks. Only drawback was the road noise, which was mildly irritating at times at night. But I am also sound sensitive so take that with a grain of salt. And that did not detract from the overall great weekend at this property. Would definitely stay again!

Cute little bungalow house with amazing location for quick walk to breweries and many dining options. Great backyard with hot tub, firepit, and grill. The house was amazingly quiet at night given the close proximity to roads. The only complaint is that the back gate slider to get your car into the carport/parking spot is very heavy and often comes off the track, making it difficult to move, especially in the snow.

Great Location!!

Loved the location- walked everywhere! House perfect for the 5 of us plus our dog! Liked having a private place to park the cars. Loved hot tub and fire pit! We cooked in one night, all utensils provided. Comfortable house- would rent it again!

Boys Trip

This place is a perfect location. Walk to everything. The house itself is a great space. 3 good bedrooms, great main space to relax, play some cards, and sit as a group. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen is set up with anything you need (we did peak). The bathroom and laundry are great and in great shape. The outdoor space is fantastic. We had 3 motorcycles, but would park at least 2 cars easily which is important considering how busy the area can be with all the restaurants a few blocks away. Will for sure look to stay here again. Would recommend to anyone.

Hotel prices for motel 6 quality.

This place is, frankly, a dump. It’s clearly an investment property that is turned over every few days with scant cleaning (DO NOT look under the bed, you’ll regret it) and no real upkeep. The pantry is full of empty bottles, things fall down or apart when you touch them, there’s broken tiles, peeling paint, remotes that don’t control anything. But the #1 reason I would steer clear of this place is the NOISE. A large traffic circle on a main artery out of the city means constant truck and motor noise day and night. I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones on top of ear plugs and was still was woken up constantly by bursts of noise from motorcycles and giant truck engines. And don’t be fooled by the hot tub. We stayed in for only a few minutes. Our eyes began to water inch incessantly due to the overuse of chemicals. We had to flush our eyes multiple times to relieve them and that was after only five minutes. Finally, be aware they are watching you. A giant screen remains on in the main room at all times (is that even legal?) feeding you ads and bossing you around. The DVD player and TV are old, out of date or non-functioning, but they can afford to put this big brother device on the wall. The two stars are honestly generous. The bed was comfy and since you won’t be sleeping there’s stuff nearby, including a trail that leads to a much nicer part of the city (where I'd book my stay, if I were you, instead of here).

Great Place in a Great Location

We’ve stayed in properties all over the country through VRBO and this was one of the best. The check-in and check-out processes were so smooth. Property was very clean and recently updated. Plus, it’s located on a great street with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. And, yet, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. My grandmother lives just four blocks away and it’s the first time in 10 years we chose to get a place of our own during our visit. It’s a perfect “home base” when exploring all that Bend has to offer.

Great Local Spot

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, walkable location - this is the one. Very close to a couple great food trucks, restaurants and bars - there is the fabulous Drake Park just a 1/4 mile down the road. On Street Parking was easy - and the home felt very comfortable. Would definitely reccomned for a small, young family or a couple(s) travelling and exploring Bend. Enjoy!

Cozy, Complete, fantastic location

Lovely cottage. Our favorite thing is the private areas off of each bedroom… in fact off each exterior door! It's nice being with everyone, but it's also wonderful to have a little quiet/private time. The location was wonderful. Tons of stuff within just a few blocks. 2 bikes were a real nice surprise. Host was very attentive. We had a couple special needs and she jumped on it within minutes. Very short/reasonable checkout list. Beds comfortable. We stayed here for 8 days and will likely stay here again next time we are in Bend.

Warm, welcoming, conveniently located property

Overall, we had a very wonderful experience. We are a family of 4 (kids ages 10 and 13) who stayed here on our family vacation. Great location. Nice outdoor space. We didn't use the hot tub because it was quite warm in the beginning of August. Walkable to many different places and great location for a short drive to Tumalo Falls, Smith Rock State Park, Newberry Volcanic monument, High Desert Museum, etc. Kitchen was well equipped and great space. Easy check in and check out. Clear expectations. Cleanliness was adequate but did leave a bit to be desired. Overall a good experience.

Great Location and Super Cute House

My friends and I had a girls weekend in Bend to catch a concert and celebrate a birthday! The property is very cute, well stocked, and in a really great location! Everything was clean and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!

great location, nice outside space

The home looked exactly as advertised. There are a lot of nice outdoor spaces, and the indoor spaces were very comfortable. The location was great -just a few blocks up from the hot spots on Galveston. We floated the river a few times, and would walk back to the house afterwards. The only negative was the dishwasher didn't work, but it obviously wasn't a gamechanger (and I'm assuming it's something that's been fixed already).
