The hallways and rooms need to be ventilated regularly. The hallways in particular smelled terrible and stale, which is especially unhealthy/unsanitary during flu season. A staff at the front counter was extremely slow- maybe it was a new staff. Your hotel price is the same as other 4 star hotels. Your toilet paper, tissue paper, raggy towels, and robes were 2 star level. We had a good experience several years ago at this location. We'll likely not return, based on this recent experience.

we are McMenaminites

we loved this place. They had the friendliest and most helpful staff. The room was perfect....roomy, great bed, nice bathroom and great shower. We found plenty to do including playing table games in the Fireside pub. The food was delish and well presented. We also finally made Tripsters on this stay and look forward to spending many more nights at McMenamins properties!!
