The Space:
The open living area centers around a mounted smart TV and fireplace, with plush seating that flows into the full kitchen. Cook with white appliances, tiled countertops, and fully stocked cabinetry, then gather at the dining table or breakfast counter. The primary suite holds a king bed, smart TV, private balcony with seating, and ensuite bathroom with oversized vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. The third bedroom offers a queen bed. A second full bathroom features an oversized vanity and tub/shower combo. The back patio has outdoor seating and opens to a spacious fenced yard where dogs can roam. A shaded balcony off the primary suite is the spot for morning coffee or evening reading. In winter, the fireplace and indoor spaces keep you warm after days on the slopes at Mount Bachelor or snowshoeing at Wanoga Sno Park. In summer, take the 5 included bikes out to explore Bend's trails, golf at Widgi Creek, or hike to Tumalo Falls. Washer and dryer in unit. WiFi throughout. Guest Access:
Self check-in details provided before arrival. Park 1 vehicle in the garage and 2 additional vehicles in the driveway for a total of 3 cars maximum. AWD or 4WD required during winter months due to snow and ice conditions.

🍺 Old Mill District is 5 minutes away with Deschutes Brewery, REI, and riverside dining along the Deschutes River. Downtown Bend is 9 minutes out where you'll find 10 Barrel Brewing, Spoken Moto, and the Bend Ale Trail. Widgi Creek Golf Course is a 15-minute drive for 18 holes surrounded by high desert views. Tumalo Falls trailhead is 21 minutes away for waterfall hikes. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is 30 minutes for skiing and snowboarding all winter. Wanoga Sno Park sits 20 minutes out with groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Smith Rock State Park is 40 minutes north for rock climbing and ridge walks. Pilot Butte trailhead is close by for sunset summit hikes. The High Desert Museum is a short drive south with live wildlife and volcanic history exhibits.
Getting Around:
From Redmond Airport, take Highway 97 south for 20 minutes to Bend. Downtown Bend is 9 minutes from the home via Newport Avenue. Old Mill District is 5 minutes east. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is 30 minutes west on the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway. Smith Rock State Park is a 40-minute drive north on Highway 97. Tumalo Falls is 21 minutes northwest off Galveston Avenue. Sunriver Resort is 25 minutes south. Newberry National Volcanic Monument and Lava River Cave are 15 miles south on Highway 97.
