This is a entire home a few blocks away from Pine Nursery Park. Come experience the wonderful activities in central Oregon in an upscale, professionally furnished home specifically catering to larger families. Kitchen is fully stocked, we'll provide the towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. to make this your home away from home.

This house has everything you'll need to cater to multi-family groups. 3 out of the 5 bedrooms have private, attached full bathrooms for privacy. Beyond those 5 bedrooms, there are 2 other spaces to sleep (bonus room and den) for a total of 7 separate sleeping areas. The mattresses are all high quality so there's no need to fight over beds.

We have several strict policies Guests need to understand when booking this property. Failure to comply will result in $100 fine:

1. No more than 6 cars allowed on premises per group
2. Absolutely NO exterior loud noises, such as Radios, Bands, Broadcasting, etc. This is not a party home. We are in a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of noise levels at all times.
3. NO wandering to neighboring properties, respect the property boundaries.

Great House for Family Reunion

It's difficult to find a house that is comfortable for five siblings + spouses. This house was perfect! The large kitchen and table space for 12 people made mealtime easy. All of the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The location made for an easy drive into town, and to various hiking trails.

3 family long weekend getaway

We stayed here with 3 families (6 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10-14 yrs old). We were in town for a concert and a long weekend. Overall, the house worked well for our party and we had a great time. Positives are: it's very spacious and easily accommodated our large party, both inside and out; neighborhood is beautiful and large lots make it very private; location is an easy drive to all that Bend has to offer. Negatives are: home is in need of updates as wear and tear are evident and cleanliness & housekeeping are a real issue. We found public hair in one of the beds and left-behind clothing in a dresser (underwear, socks, t-shirts, etc.). The carpets had some pretty significant stains throughout and it didn't look as though the floor had been mopped (dirt evident along baseboards). The BBQ grill was extremely dirty, inside and out, and caught fire many times from all of the built up grease. With a little work and some owner investments (including a better housekeeping service), this home could be top notch.

Family time for a couple days

We were in town for a couple days of family time. It was probably the best place we have stayed in all our hearts renting vacation spots. It was clean, it is a really large place, but feels homey too. The communication was excellent and they were so accommodating. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. It is as great inside and outside too!

Fantastic family stay in Bend

We loved everything about this property - proximity to Bend, outdoor fun space for eating, games and fire pit, beautiful kitchen and living room. The bedrooms and baths were well equipped with comfie beds, plenty of linens and towels. This space is even better than it looks online. We had a wonderful stay.
