Set high above the street, large windows allow natural light in from all sides. The circular floor plan makes so much sense and allows light and air to pass throughout the entire home. A sweet balcony for a bit of the outdoors too! This home will be listed for sale in February 2025. No sign will be posted but we will ask you to allow the unit to be shown with 24 hours notice.

NOTE: Friendly Reminder - Starting in March, guests may be asked to allow short showings of the unit during regular business hours, with a realtor present, as long as 24 hours’ notice is provided. DOWNTOWN LOCATION

Welcome to this adorable lofted home in one of Bend's best locations! This is the perfect perch for either work or play in Bend. Located on a quiet street/alley just 2 blocks from Mirror Pond and all the shops on Galveston, you can walk to coffee every morning, walk to your river float every afternoon and truly experience the relaxing routine of downtown Bend living.

HEATING & COOLING

Heat and A/C are provided by a wall mounted mini split in the living room. The home's circular floor plan helps warm or cool air circulate with ease. There are several additional thermostat controlled cadet heaters throughout loft if you want a bit of additional heat. Additional room fans are provided so you can customize the home to your preference.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

We hope you will sleep very soundly in this large and lovely king bedroom. A spacious closet will help you settle in right away. Extra blankets as well as bedding for the queen sleeper sofa are provided in the large closet. Washer and dryer located on the entry level so you can refresh your bed linens regularly.

Additional sleeping space available on the living room pull out couch. A pull out queen bed is perfect if you have a friend visiting or a kiddo with you. Bedding and extra blankets are provided for the pull out couch.

If you have guests using the sleeper sofa, they will have access to your bathroom from their common space. They won't need to pass through your bedroom. This home's circular floor plan works well for sharing the space.

KITCHEN & DINING

Enjoy a spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless countertops and stainless appliances. The dining table will seat up to 4 folks. There is an additional dining table on the balcony if you are planning a feast and need extra table space. A high chair, baby gate and Pack & Play crib are available by request only. Please request those items when you reserve and we'll bring them to the home for your stay.

FREE WIFI & SMART TV

Free 100 Mbps internet. The Smart ROKU TV offers 350+ free channels. Bring your streaming subscriptions so you can stream your favorite channels.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Enjoy the balcony all day long and bring some of the outside in. The balcony is petite so no BBQ is provided at this time. There is no yard at this home...but fear not...Drake park, Harmon Park are so close that you'll have access to loads of waterfront park at a moment's notice.

SHARED SPACES

The Sugar Plum Loft is located at the rear of the Sugar Plum Cottage property. You are welcome to reserve both properties for your group! Please note that the light and bright loft is located above a quiet and functioning artist's studio/workshop. You may see the artist quietly coming and going during the day. The ground level studio/workshop is very quiet and not accessed after hours. Primary access is via a private person door (not garage door) so noise should be at a minimum.

The studio/workshop/garage does not have access to your home. You will not have access to the ground floor studio/workshop/garage.

PARKING

Plenty of street parking just outside your doorstep. The gravel parking pad is assigned by the City of Bend to the Sugar Plum Cottage. Please do not park on the gravel parking pad. Thank you!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This home is nestled into a sweet residential neighborhood and is not appropriate for loud and late parties. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the deck, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors.
