Just 1 block from the delicious food cart lot and all of the cafes, restaurants and breweries on Galveston. You can walk or roll to downtown Bend on the 3 provided cruiser bikes. Or bring your floaty and head for the river on foot. This home is truly in the heart of Bend!

DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Your delightful garden oasis is tucked into the heart of Bend's ever popular westside. The Bella Bird Bungalow is located right between the 3 most happenin' neighborhoods in Bend. Newport, Galveston and Downtown Bend surround you. You may park your car and just walk your entire stay. This home’s Walk Score® is wonderful – earning an 83!

Three (3) cruisers are provided and any concert or shopping excursion on the westside, downtown, the Old Mill is an easy roll. Bike to downtown Bend in 4 minutes. Park your car and get ready to explore! Within a one-minute walk, you can reach the Galveston street shops, restaurants, breweries and food cart lot. Many Bend favorites are just a block or so from your front door including 10 Barrel Brewing, Ariana's, The Victorian Cafe and Sip Wine Bar. Downtown destinations are about a 15 minute walk, 4 minute cruiser ride. You can literally park your car in the driveway for your entire vacation.

PARKING
You will have your own private alley parking spot for 1 vehicle plus small one car garage for an additional vehicle. There is also lots of on-street parking in front of the home.

OUTDOOR SPACES & SALT WATER HOT TUB
Hot drink, good read and a front porch swing...there are lots of sweet spots at Bella Bird that are just perfect for relaxing and enjoying your Bend getaway. Small outdoor dining table with chairs for 6 on the backyard paver patio. The salt water hot tub is just around the corner, perfect for your soak under the stars. We do ask you to be whisper quiet in the hot tub after 10pm. Firewood is stacked next to the garage and ready for your evening wind down.

HEATING & COOLING
Central heat and A/C keep this home the perfect temperature year round. You'll also love knowing many of the home's electrical needs are solar powered by the roof top panels. This vintage home is anything but old. All the modern comforts and amenities you expect are waiting for you. You'll love the warm ambiance and heat of the wood fireplace in the living room. Easy gas ignition helps makes every fire a success.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The Bella Bird Bungalow sleeps 6 guests. You'll have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. We can push the twins together to create a king bed if you request this ahead of time. A Pack & Play Crib is also provided for your little one if needed (bring your own baby sheets).

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a spacious fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking. The open dining area seats 6 at the expandable table and 2 more at the bar if needed. Just adjacent there are 2 barstools at the bar for additional seating options. The outdoor patio table also seats 4-6 and comes with a propane BBQ for grilling your favorites! A high chair is provided.

TV AND FREE WIFI
Free 100+ Mbps wifi and Live Roku TV with 350+ free channels. Bring your ethernet cable for the fastest internet speeds. We are in process of converting all TVs to Roku in the month of June so you will be able to stream all your favorite subscriptions from any TV. There are 3 TVs in the home. The living room contains a 50 inch TV and the king and queen bedrooms feature 40 inch TVs in both. Also check the bookshelf for games and books.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and absolutely adorable. Please remember to respect all our neighbors during your stay and observe all Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines.
