Up to 4 guests can comfortably sleep in two separate areas with a master bedroom and queen-size Murphy bed in the living room and 2 full bathrooms. Off the main living room is a full kitchen with plenty of cookware/fridge space to meet any and all meal requirements! Enjoy heated pool and hot tub privileges, included in your reservation!



The Space:

This stunning end unit condo was recently remodeled and sits on the third floor, giving you the best views of the Deschutes River, right out the back sliding glass door. It sleeps up to four people in two different sleeping areas. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a vanity seating area, an oversized closet and its own private bathroom featuring granite countertops, sleek new finishes and a walk-in shower. Right off the main living area, you will find a second bathroom, this one with a tub so you can relax in a nice bubble bath after a long day of hitting the slopes — after all, Mt. Bachelor is just a 30 minute drive away!



The living room has another pillow-top queen bed, a spacious L shaped couch, and a dinette set. There is also a dedicated work space to set up your laptop if you need to get a little work done. Kick back with some popcorn and put a movie on the flatscreen TV while you enjoy the ambience of the cozy gas fireplace. Off to the side of the living room, the kitchen features the same beautiful granite countertops found in the bathrooms, an apartment-sized oven, a full-sized fridge and a dishwasher so you don't have to wash dishes during your vacation. There is plenty of cookware for you to whip up the latest Pinterest recipe you've been dying to try!



Step out to the patio and watch the sunset over the river or try out the new electric grill. The owners have added some outdoor lights to create that perfect evening ambience well after the sun has gone down. 



Next door to this riverside condominium is Pioneer Park, where there is plenty of room to stretch your legs, shaded areas to relax, and picnic tables to enjoy some lunch. Follow the river trail into downtown, ending up at Drake Park, and Mirror Pond. There is no better location for your Bend adventures. Period.





This condo is part of Bend Riverside Rentals. The community features an indoor pool and hot tub that are open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
