Good Hotel, just not the best in cleanliness and a lot of mosquitoes. Staff were faboulous just that the management have to invest a bit to fix the shower, the broken doors, the dirty chars and a few touch ups, but otherwise a good stay.

This hotel is nothing like the way it presents on their website. The pool is unusable and green. The hotel is dirty. It’s Management make promises and don’t deliver. Do not stay here go anywhere except Howard Johnson.

I made this reservation in a crunch. The whole 3rd floor smelled damp. The room windows were completely covered with Bird Poo and I couldn't keep them open. Several pillows and many towels had large stains that were unacceptable. The water temperature in the shower was always cold. If you waited for it to heat for 15 full min, it got to luke warm. The Toilet stopped working on day 3.

Firstly, the key fob provided was not working, which required multiple try before I got into the room. Additionally, the flush in the bathroom was having issues, which was an inconvenience. The property itself felt very old and in need of renovation. The flooring in my room was visibly damaged, giving the space a worn and unkempt appearance. These factors combined to create a less than satisfactory stay. While the staff was courteous and tried to assist, the state of the property and the initial hurdles left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these concerns into account to improve the guest experience in the future.

I was visiting bangalore with my parents. The first room they provided us had broken shower head, moldy bathrooms, and ac was not working. We had to change the room in the middle of the night. In the new room ac was better, but had very dirty moldy bathrooms. Would never stay there again.

We had an excellent stay. Reception staff were very accommodating and efficient. Rooms were well maintained. Washroom could use some restoration. Swimming pool was unusable. Staff were awesome. Happy overall.
