Excellent apartment, good location, great value. Too many links in the communications chain - I booked with Trivago, was routed to VRBO, was given a link to a host chat room (waste of time) - received communications from BlueLine Booking (who are they) - had trouble accessing the apartment on arrival. Eventually touched base with Benidorm Rentals who were nothing short of excellent. Real (professional) people in a real (and accessible) office.
