When I checked in, the front desk employee was initially welcoming and nice. Upon entering the room, we noticed a large blood stain right outside of room 208 (I stayed in 207). There was mold inside of the air conditioner and along a big crack next to the shower too. My friend and I checked out a day early. The employee laughed in her face when she notified him about the blood stain and the mold. I was not satisfied with my stay and will not be returning here.

The clerk couldn’t find my dad’s reservation. Our room was hot for a long while after we got there. The shower knob was broken and the shower curtain was not clean.

I would have liked to have an in person person for check in and check out I would have liked to have had a copy of my receipt. Felt like I was a bother to front desk staff. Had to report broken window with glass that someone could have been cut on. No hangers abd no laundry bag? I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and assortment of snacks this morning upon check out. Would gladly stay there again. Travelling as a single woman I felt safe

Had to call for the desk clerk to come to the. Then after checking me in with out any direction he left us to wait about 20 minutes before he gave us keys. Room was clean for its age in need of repairs. The door stuck and would not shut without slamming it. Window was directly across from a truck stop fuel line so bright lights shined into the room all night. Need to put up a fence along side building to block light. Over all it was not a comfortable or restful stay.
