The breakfast was ok, the check-in rep was great but Christa the checkout rep had a bad attitude. The shower was cold not hot at all. My son got a tic on him inside the room during the stay. There were only 2 sets of towels for a four person stay. This was not a suite that I paid for just a 2 twin room so I got screwed on that as well. When I asked for more towels they said they were out then came with just 1 set later. Will not stay here again

First- Jessica at the desk is amazing! Helped us avoid the road work and gave us some good insider info on great family things. Property would get a 5 except: carpet in room was sticky. Like something spilled and not cleaned up. We covered it with towels and mad due. Never had nice hot water and always had terrible water pressure- don’t know the issue. Bathroom light flickered a lot and sometimes dint turn on until we tried switch a few times. Missing a lightbulb in lamp by bed and a handle broken off drawer and the iron was missing. Lastly, our final day we were at breakfast within 10 min of it opening so we had great food. However, the other 1 days we were in after 1 hour and food was scarce and juice empty. Then the lady at breakfast asked us to give her a 5-star review this morning (Linda)…. Um no… not when food wasn’t replenished most days! It could have been amazing…. Just details that cleaning needs to pay attention to.and breakfast nook issues. Front desk was so helpful and kind… it was a good location too.

323 isn't safe!

Our stay would have been better with a different room. Nice size room, lots of OPEN space... because the room is missing the promised sofa bed! The floor in room 323 is not level. The incline walking on the room is significant! And also creaks loudly so that I'm sure the room below heard us walking as the floor bounces and creaks with each step. It did not feel structurally sound. This along with the dirty carpet, lack of lighting, and bathroom with visibly peeling paint left a lot to be desired this stay.

Wasn’t the best, but wasn’t terrible either. Was definitely better than the options across the street. Kinda outdated and definitely could use some updating. Poor choices for breakfast. No vending machines or items to buy at the desk. Ice machines looked dirty. On the plus side the sheets looked very clean and bright white, smelled good, and the beds were comfy. Got the job done with limited availability left on a last minute trip.

The rooms could definitely use some TLC. The carpet was stained. A floor lamp with a missing on/off knob. Wallpaper coming off the wall and the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The freezer part of the fridge was so full of ice you couldn’t put anything in it. On a good note; the bathroom was very clean, however, the water would only get warm. When we went for breakfast we were happy to see that it was very clean and there was someone there cleaning as people were getting food. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. In a pinch I would stay there again but not for what I paid this time.

Do not stay here

Room was damp, wall paper was peeling off, stains on the carpet and ceiling, the hotel smelled of marijuana, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the breakfast options were brown, the staff was rude, we got two towels for four people and were refused more despite telling them my daughter (10) was in the shower and waiting to get out, was forced to get the two used towels to prove we needed more (ridiculous), and was refused to be allowed to speak to a manager, despite being on the phone with him or her. The front desk attendant then sat outside in a car and left the desk unattended. Need I go on…oh wait, both my kids, who shared a bed woke up with bites on them. Just a nasty hole in the wall.

I should have left right after I walked in.

The beds were decently comfortable and the Air conditioning worked well, but that's about all I can say that was good. The bathroom door would barely open over the uneven tile, the included breakfast was pretty flavorless and underwhelming. They had three containers of unsweetened corn flakes and no other cereal options. There were no towels in the pool area and then when we asked they brought down 4 towels.

I love the fact it’s pet friendly, my kids loved the breakfast. I recommend the Hotels works on proving enough towels and toilet paper in each room. When we asked for additional towels the Receptionist said we had to wait for the morning. She was not apologetic at all. It was four of us with only one set of towels for all of us. Not a good way to spend the night after a beach day. Another situation we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night.

The bath tub wouldn’t drain was told no people fix it and manger just left too was told call them and basically said nothing they can do until today we waited and checked out around 10:45 still not fixed.
