Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber trotzdem alles da, was man benötigt, außer ein Haarfön, der wäre noch sinnvoll für die Ausstattung.Herrausragend ist der parkähnliche Garten zum Verweilen mit dem hauseigenen Steg!!!

Relaxing weekend retreat

Nice flat. Cutlery and crockery could be cleaner … milky glasses and dishwasher tab residue! Hanging space and shelves would be useful for clothes. Otherwise all okay. Beautiful garden and very quiet. Within walking distance to all amenities.

Tolle Lage

Flexibler Check In, Lage am See und Großzügigkeit des Geländes klasse. Auch die Wohnung war gut und total ruhig. Weg zur Altstadt keinem5 min mit schönen Cafes und Lokalen. Nach Potsdam mit dem Bus 10 min Fussweg und 30 min Fahrt. Stand up Paddeln super vom eigenen Steg. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war, dass die Pflege des wunderschönen Gartens erst zu unsere Aufenthaltszeit gestartet ist . War etwas verwildert , aber da war zu verschmerzen.

Wunderschönes Objekt in Top-Lage

Wir waren insgesamt äußerst zufrieden mit der Wohnung, gleichwohl sie wirklich sehr teuer war. Die Insel Werder ist ein hervorragender Ausgangsort für Touren mit dem Fahrrad nach Potsdam oder per Zug nach Berlin. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem sanierten Altbau mit hohen Decken, der leidlich sauber war bei Ankunft. Toll ist vor allem das Außengelände mit viel Grün und einem kleinen Steg in die Havel. Wir hatten nur etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber das kann ja unabhängig von der Unterkunft immer und überall passieren. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber durchaus gut eingerichtet, uns hat nur noch zu unserem Glück ein kleiner Backofen gefehlt (Mikrowelle ist vorhanden, so dass an gleicher Stelle auch ein Kombigerät prima hinpassen würde). 2 fehlende Schüsselchen haben wir nachgekauft und so den Bestand vor Ort verbessert (Geschirr etwas knappt für 4-köpfige Familie, dann ging es aber gut, zumal eben die Spülmaschine dann täglich lief).

Sehr tolle Lage

Lage suuuper. Küchenausstattung nicht ausreichend. Keine brauchbare Pfanne. Nur eine schmuddelige Sonnenliegen. Betten und Schlafzimmer gut. Bad gut. Parkplatz auf Grundstück vorhanden. Insgesamt große, schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage. Sehr naturnah. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück. Ruhig gelegen.

Entspannung pur!

Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage direkt am See und Weinberge direkt vor der Tür. Der Wein kann auch probiert werden und schmeckt vorzüglich. Potsdam erreicht man sehr gut mit dem Auto in 30 min. und ist eine tolle Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und kleinen schönen Boutiquen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Ein tolles Grundstück, ein tolles Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Verwalterin war sehr nett. Es wurden sogar Extrawünsche erfüllt. Wir 4 Freundinnen haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Werder ist durchaus eine Reise wert, wenn man es beschaulich liebt.

Insgesamt positiv, wenn gleich die Türen im Objekt wohl noch aus der Kaiserzeit stammen und so nicht heutigen Anforderungen genügen. Auch die beiden Zusatzbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind allenfalls für Kinder bis 10 Jahre geeignet. Sehr lobenswert die Hinweise zu Speiselokalen.

Das Objekt entspricht nicht dem Internetauftritt

Die Wohnung Turmvilla 2 wirkt lieblos eingerichtet und auch nicht huntertprotentig sauber. Die dunklen Möbel und die zu kleine Couch für 3 Personen lassen kein Wohlfühlambiente aufkommen. In der zu kleinen Küche ist kaum eine Arbeitsmöglichkeit vorhanden. Das an sich schöne Grundstück ist ungepflegt. Insgesamt ist der Preis für diese Wohnung unangemessen hoch.
